Welcome to a NEW good for YOU Class! “Power in Praise” (PIP) movement class will get you in the joy filled groove as you stretch, tone and dance with strength and good posture. Along with stretching, toning and balance a variety of methods are included such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Barre toning and Feldenkrais, Aerobics, Zumba moves, and Disco steps will keep you moving to the beat. Please wear appropriate shoes for dancing and moving and bring a Yoga mat. You will also need a thin bath towel, bathrobe tie or Yoga strap. All levels are welcome.
